Below is the application and informational forms for the certification test. Email the completed form to the address provided in the application. *Application is not required to take the test, only for applying for full certification with digital badging*
The testing process is proctored and recorded.
Approved references are allowed, but internet access is restricted during the test.
You may have a blank sheet of paper and a pen or pencil.
No other materials or devices, to include cellphones, will be allowed during the test.
During the test you are on your own. If you have any issues during the administration your progress will be saved automatically and you can schedule an appointment to resume.
If the unfortunate happens and you must retest, here is the required remediation times before a re-test is allowed:
1st failure - 30 days
2nd failure - 90 days
3rd failure - 1 year with approval.
